What are your thoughts about robots in healthcare?

Nurses and midwives are invited to complete an anonymous survey on their attitudes to the use of social humanoid robots in healthcare setting.


The use of robots in health care is a rapidly emerging and innovative field that holds many opportunities and challenges. A research team from Townsville Hospital and Health Service and James Cook University is conducting studies on the acceptability and usability of social humanoid robots to inform practice, education and policy.

The survey takes between 5-10 minutes to complete and questions ask you to: rate the usefulness of robots to assist you in select activities; describe the advantages and your concerns of the use of robots in healthcare; and provide some professional details.
