A Queensland nurse has been recognised nationally after her healthcare apparel label, Hey Sister Scrub Club, was named a Top 100 Finalist in the 2026 SHE‑com Women in Ecommerce Awards.
TheThe SHE‑com Women in Ecommerce Awards celebrate Australia’s fastest‑growing community of female ecommerce brand owners, supporting women to launch, grow and scale online businesses from start‑ups to multimillion‑dollar success stories. Winners will be announced at the sold‑out gala event on the Gold Coast tomorrow evening (25 June), with both in‑person and online attendance.
Founded on the Sunshine Coast by RN Stephanie Moore, a Queensland Nurses and Midwives Union member (QNMU, ANMF Queensland), Hey Sister Scrub Club was created to challenge the long‑held belief that healthcare uniforms must be purely functional.
The brand’s mission is simple: to help healthcare workers feel good while doing good.
“When you feel good, you do good. Healthcare workers spend every day looking after other people. We wanted to create something that reminded them they matter too,” Ms Moore said.

Since launching, Hey Sister Scrub Club has grown rapidly through word‑of‑mouth recommendations and strong community support.
Known for its colourful, conversation‑starting scrubs, the brand has built a loyal following among nurses, midwives, doctors, allied health professionals and carers across Australia. Its designs combine comfort, functionality and personality.
This year’s Top 100 list also features well‑known Australian brands including No Pong Natural Products, Bright Star Kids, Seed & Sprout and Mukti Organics.
We congratulate Stephanie on this achievement and wish her every success at the Award gala tomorrow evening!
