A survey that looks at work health and safety issues and risks will help the ACTU and affiliates inform law reform and campaigning work.
Conducted by the ACTU Centre for Health and Safety, in consultation with affiliates, this survey is an extension of the 2019 Work Shouldn’t Hurt survey which received 26,000 responses.
The survey questions focus on:
- A snapshot of workplace incidences/concerns
- Worker engagement – awareness, consultation
- Employer compliance with laws
- HSRs use of rights, etc
- Effects of insecure work
- Sexual harassment
- Injured workers
