Our team:
- We are a multidisciplinary team who strive to provide the highest quality mental health care to the people we work with, their families and significant others
- We work primarily with adults over the age of 65 years, providing them with support along their recovery journey
- As an RPN you will play an integral role in our team, receiving support, respect and encouragement throughout.
Your new role:
- Engage in new assessments and regular reviews with consumers
- Manage a caseload of consumers with complex and severe mental health related needs
- Provide excellent care guided by recovery and biopsychosocial models
- Participate in duty roster – managing in-coming community referrals and inpatient bed requests
- Prioritize and attend to crisis as required
- Communicate with consumers, families and significant others to help link them with external organisations
