Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing team at Redfern Community Health Centre!

Sydney District Nursing (SDN) is looking for motivated RNs with two or more years post graduate experience and who are have Australian residency. We are a fast paced leading provider of health care in the community who service a wide variety of patients that includes palliative care, general nursing, chronic and complex care and hospital in the home. This position is supported by specialist nursing staff and a strong orientation program. The Service encourages ongoing professional development.
