About The Role

Our fast paced, friendly orthopaedic surgical ward currently has exciting opportunities available for Registered Nurses with significant acute nursing experience. This role would be ideal for a RN with 5 or more years’ experience who is looking for their next challenge. You would be able to expand your clinical knowledge and continue to develop your skills in a supportive environment. There are several development opportunities available within 9 West, with the possibility to explore post graduate studies or to work towards a leadership position within the team!

• Managing the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
• Administration of medication in accordance with hospital procedures, protocols and policies
• Assist with medical and diagnostic procedures carried out in the unit
• Document, observe and report relevant nursing findings within the framework of nursing progress

Classifications for this position will range from YP3 – YP9 ($69’253 – $92’601 per annum).
