Position Title: Headspace Clinical Liaison and Coordinator

 

Location: Roma, Western Qld 4490 (Australia)

 

Remuneration: Remuneration up to $128,057 p.a. Full Time

 

South West Hospital and Health Service has an exciting opportunity for Clinical Nurse to join our team in Roma, Western Qld. This role works alongside headspace to develop and establish care pathways that create timely access to multidisciplinary youth mental health treatment and care for adolescents and young people aged 12-25 years when needed and remain consistent with the headspace model and a ‘no wrong door’ policy.

Your opportunity

The Headspace Clinical Liaison and Coordinator, Roma, is new role offering you the opportunity to become an integral member of the Community Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs team (MHAOD). MHAOD provides a specialised and comprehensive, recovery-orientated mental health, alcohol and other drugs service that aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people experiencing severe and complex mental health problems requiring psychiatric treatment. Based in south west Queensland, you will be practicing in a rural/remote setting and helping to close the gap in health outcomes for First Nations peoples
