DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Position Title: Director of Nursing
Location: Thargomindah, Western Qld 4492 (Australia)
Remuneration: $74.64 – 79.96 per hour.
South West Hospital and Health Service has exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to become the Director of Nursing of Thargomindah Community Clinic which is located 4 hours from Charleville and 2 hours from Cunnamulla. This position is a unique job share arrangement with another Director of Nursing which enables both rotation three weeks on site and three weeks off site.

Thargomindah is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015. This attracts additional entitlements which may include:
- An annual isolation bonus paid annually!
- Return airfares to the nearest provincial city in conjunction with leave!
- Additional annual leave per annum!
- Additional professional development leave, travel and associated costs per annum!
- Appointment and transfer expenses!
