Barwon Health Community Nursing is the largest non-metropolitan based service in Victoria, Community Nursing is a government funded program which provides home nursing services

Community nursing provides a wide range of service provision for multiple client cohorts. These include Hospital in the Home, Post-Acute Care, and Palliative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home and Community Care Program for Younger Persons. Community nursing also delivers multi-disciplinary care to clients with complex health needs.

Do you have experience or knowledge in the areas of wound care, palliative care, community health and continence management?

We are looking for a number of dynamic Grade 2/3 Community Nurses to join our casual pool.  In this role you will be responsible for the provision of patient focused holistic nursing care to those assigned to you in order to achieve desired clinical outcomes.
