About the facility

Barwon Health offers Residential Aged Care and Transition Care Services at Alan David Lodge in Grovedale. Winner of two AACQA Better Practice Awards, we offer focused resident care within our 108 bed state-of-the-art facility located just minutes away from the vibrant and picturesque Victorian Coastline. Our staff are encouraged to pursue professional development and are supported by a team of dedicated nursing educators to remain up to date in all aspects of nursing care delivery.

About the role

Do you have the ability to take on a leadership role and be a role model of clinical competence? Do you have excellent nursing skills and an understanding of aged care standards and accreditation processes you can utilise and share with others?

If so, an exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Unit Manager to join the team at Alan David Lodge in Charlemont and become part of Barwon Health’s Residential Aged Care Services.  The successful candidate will provide leadership in planning and delivery of high quality service ensuring that the facility offers the highest standard of resident centred care with an emphasis on current best practice.
