Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital!

Do you have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with at least 3 years experience working in a relevant area with post-registration qualifications deemed appropriate by the organisation?

Do you have demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve to manage the complex clinical care needs of patients through the development and use of clinical management plans?

The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) position is to provide senior nursing clinical leadership in the development of specialist clinical practice and service delivery within a nursing unit, team or service.
The CNS employs advanced clinical skills and exercises extended autonomy of decision making working closely with managers and other senior clinicians.

Candidates may be asked to make a presentation, provide a redacted work sample and participate in a behavioural interview.
