Clinical Nurse Consultant – Diabetes Educator and Care Manager

An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant -Diabetes Educator and Care Manager to join our Health Independence Program (HIP) Diabetes Care management & Assessment Service (DCAS).

This fixed-term (leave cover) position is from September 2022 – 16th December 2022.

It is preferred that the successful applicant will work fulltime, however 32 hours/week may be considered, which must include full days on Thursdays and Fridays.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate that you are a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and currently working in a Diabetes specialty role.

Also, you must be a fully credentialed Diabetes Nurse Educator with a post-graduate qualification in diabetes education and management.
