National Advance Care Planning Week health professional training: a panel discussion (webinar)

Rebecca Taylor, ACPA’s National Program Manager – Education will host an expert panel including:

• Dr Sonia Fullerton – Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre
• Dr Wendy Kinton – End of Life Care Project Officer
• Ms Jenny McGuirk – Volunteer Community Ambassador

This panel discussion will take a broad look at advance care planning (ACP) in clinical practice and its relevance across the spectrum of healthcare professions and specialties. We will discuss topics relevant to all aspects of advance care planning. Questions can be submitted to the panel prior to the webinar.
