High Value Conversations
The High Value Conversations course is designed to empower employees to have open conversations with colleagues, question unsafe behaviour and ensure safety is prioritised.
Initially developed for use within a healthcare setting, the High Value Conversations course principles are transferrable to most organisations and workplaces that are seeking to create a transformational cultural shift through the way conversations are conducted.
This course is delivered over a four-hour active learning workshop featuring interactive discussion and application of High Value Conversation principles to the participant’s own professional context.
Workshop topics include:
- Elements of a culture of engagement – motivation, accountability and psychological safety
- Developing practical skills and methods to improve the communication process
- Role of the receiver in communicating for impact
- Application of conversational methodology to escalate concerns
