Community and primary healthcare nurses are being acknowledged this week through the Australian College of Nursing’s (ACN) Community and Primary Health Care Nursing Week.
The purpose of this campaign is to raise awareness of the invaluable and potential contributions these nurses make in the community and on the healthcare system, as well as highlighting their impact on the wellbeing of individuals and local communities.
The College is encouraging community and primary health nurses to celebrate and have some suggestions on their website.
