Rural LAP now includes residential aged care facility managers, residential support workers, care support workers, personal care workers, care coordinators, community support workers and allied health workers.

Eligible aged care services can apply for locum cover between 14 to 90 working days; under exceptional circumstances, we may grant an extension for up to an additional 30 working days. • receive funding under the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care (NATSIFAC) program or the Multi-Purpose Services (MPS) program.

Aged care services in MMM 6-7 operated by an approved Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) provider are also eligible.

With a reputation for supplying credentialed, experienced and reliable locums, Rural LAP is seeing an increasing demand for their support from rural and remote health services across Australia.
